What are some good natural alternatives to antihistamines?

home remedies

Tash asked:

I can’t take antihistamines but have terrible allergies. I’m interested in any herbal/natural remedies.
Saline nasal spray…never heard of it, but I’m willing to try it!!! Do you know where she bought it?

Have you tried a saline nasal spray?
My mom swears its great. Her allergies are horrible.

I think she got it over the counter at the drug store. Walgreen’s or something like that.

Otrivin has a saline spray right next to its regular nasal spray. Very soothing and nothing in it to hurt you. Any drug store should have it.
